I have been a Gillette Venus fan for quite some time, so when I saw that they had teamed up with another brand I love, Olay, I was ecstatic! I have used a Venus razor for as long as I can remember, and only use Olay body wash because of the hint of shimmer and extra moisture!

Winter can be a terrible time for skin, especially when shaving. I’ve found my skin has been very dry & sensitive, so I dread shaving. That wasn’t the case when my new Venus & Olay razor showed up in my Love Vox Box 2012!! I couldn’t wait to shave!

The handle on the Venus is comfortable, without being too small or too bulky. And the head of the razor is big enough that it doesn’t take forever to shave. I love that it has 5 blades, which makes it so I don’t have to go over the same area several times to insure a close, smooth shave!

The Olay moisture ribbons on the Gillette Venus smell heavenly, and really do help moisturize while shaving! My legs were so soft and silky, I couldn’t help but want to touch them!! And I wanted to show off my legs, so wore a new flirty black skirt I’ve been holding on to!

Another great feature of the Venus & Olay is the shower caddy! It suction cups to the wall, and hold your razor and extra cartridges! No more hopping out of the shower to grab a new razor blade, or finding that your razor was face down without a cover and is now ruined!!!

All in all, you can’t go wrong with the new Gillette Venus & Olay razor!!!

I absolutely LOVE anything that is quick and easy. I never have time to paint my nails, and when I do, I usually end up messing them up because I don’t have time to wait for them to fully dry.

That’s where the Kiss Nail Dress comes in and saves the day (and my nails)!!! They’re polish strips, with a top coat built-in. And the best part, there’s 28 strips that can be used on either your finger or toe nails! WAHOO!!! They’re comparable to the Sally Hansen brand, but about $2 – $3 less. Ok, so this is my VERY first blog post…ever! Glad it’s a good one!

I received a full sized facial cleanser and daily moisturizing cream, as well as 8 sample packs of the daily moisturizing cream and $1 off coupons to share! Remember friends, sharing IS caring =)

What I love about this product is that it is specially formulated for sensitive skin. If you’re anything like me, even the slightest of irritations turns into a full blown breakout. These products are fragrance free, made with cotton extracts, and gentle enough for daily use! What’s not to love? The consistency of both the face wash and moisturizer is creamy, and perfectly balanced – not too heavy to feel like it’s going to make my face greasy/oily, not too light that I don’t feel like it’ll do anything. With both of these, a little definitely goes a long way( = $avings)!

Even though I just turned (gasp!) 30, I *still* get breakouts. And nearly anything can set it off…new make-up, shampoo or conditioner, fabric softener, face wash, moisturizer, etc. Also, I tend to have a lot of red in my skin naturally, which doesn’t help, especially during a breakout. In addition to my breakouts and redness is my crazy combination skin. One part of my face will be dry, and another oily. It’s seriously SO frustrating.

Thankfully the Burt’s Bees Natural Skin Solutions for Sensitive Skin line is formulated for skin just like mine, and everyone else’s for that matter! Wahoo! I’ve been using both products for the past few days, and love them! My skin doesn’t feel tight, greasy or dry, and it hasn’t made me break out, which is awesome! If it were going to irritate my skin, I’d already know…I usually wake up the next day cursing the new product I ventured to try. My skin is seriously SO soft after using the facial cleanser and moisturizer.
